Excelda is a family owned company based in Coleshill, Warwickshire. With over 25 years experience in the Wickman industry and a highly skilled engineering workforce. We specialise in the buying and selling of Wickman second hand machine tools, the remanufacture and overhaul of Wickman machines and the design and production of tooling and attachments for the Wickman machine.
The attachments we offer for the Wickman machine include pre-set tooling, no cam pneumatic pick up, roll marking, high speed drilling with through coolant, electric threading, flat generating, thread milling and CNC slide attachments.Wickman machines can be fully refurbished with a direct drive spindle motor and variable feed and speed with Siemens control.
We refurbish Wickman machines back to their original specification, or we can supply a machine that has been checked over and provide a guarantee. Customers worldwide are using specialised equipment designed and manufactured by Excelda Precision for the Wickman multi-spindle automatic lathe.
We are also able to offer our extensive manufacturing facility for the sub contract machining. We offer the supply of assembled prototypes, CNC turning, surface and universal internal and external grinding, CNC milling, jig boring and the design and manufacture of tooling and equipment.
